Monk and Jackie Noell, who owned the business, building, and adjacent building (8 South Halifax, 58 and 62 E. Granada) were diligent in finding just the right person to carry on their tradition of excellence in fine dining. Maria Reisch, formally of Holland, brings many years of business experience to carry on the Billy's tradition. Mrs. Reisch, along with long time manager, Brad Disch, will focus on business continuity and continuing the fine standards which have led to Billy's being a major attraction in the heart of Ormond Beach.

The menu and decor shall conform with the longstanding tradition of Billys Tap Room & Grill. Founded in 1922, this elegant restaurant is filled with nostalgic memorabilia plus features such as mahogany paneling and a solid oak bar. An extensive menu of creative American favorites is served, complemented by a fine selection of domestic and imported wines and cocktails prepared by professional bartenders.

Jackie Noell, an associate with Adams, Cameron & Co. facilitated the selling side of the transaction with assistance from John Adams, General Manager, of Adams, Cameron & Co. Ed Schwarz of Benchmark Properties, Commercial Real Estate Brokers, represented the Buyer in the transaction.
